Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and destination of your order. For the best shipping rate, please contact us with your shipping address before completing your purchase, and we will offer the most affordable option for delivery to your home.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Domestic orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days, while international orders may take 15–25 business days.
- Valid Address Requirement: Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct. If the address is incorrect or not recognized by the courier, any additional shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
- Package Handling: All orders are carefully packaged. If your package arrives with visible physical damage (e.g., open box, beaten, punctured, wet), please make a note of this when signing for the package. If the courier refuses to allow you to add a note, do not accept the package. This ensures we can address any issues.
- Claims and Returns: Once your package has been delivered to the address you provided (or anyone at the address), you have 24 hours to report any damages or missing items. After 24 hours, no changes or claims can be made regarding your order.
