Return Policy

Due to the exclusive and handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:

 

Piece Repair Policy

In the rare case that your piece arrives with damage caused during transit, or if you experience any issues with your piece after purchase, we offer repair services to restore the artwork.

Eligibility for Repair Services
The item must have been purchased directly from the official Rick Wolfryd online store or gallery.
Damages caused by shipping, accidents, or normal wear and tear are eligible for repair.

Repair Process
Notify us via email or WhatsApp with photos and a description of the issue.
Our artisans will assess the damage and determine if the item can be repaired.
Repairs will be handled by the original artisans or under their guidance to maintain the authenticity and integrity of the piece.

Repair Costs
If the damage is caused by shipping, we will cover the repair and return shipping costs.
For other cases, repair costs will depend on the extent of the damage. We will provide you with a detailed quote before proceeding.

 

Packaging and Shipping of Damaged Items

To ensure the safe return of any item for repair or replacement, please follow these steps:

Retain the original packaging, as it is specifically designed to protect the artwork.

If you do not have the original packaging, please contact us for guidance on how to package your piece.

Use a reliable carrier with tracking and insurance.

Ineligible Situations

The following cases are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or repairs:

Items damaged due to improper handling or care after delivery.

Damage caused by exposure to water, extreme temperatures, or chemicals.

Unauthorized modifications or attempts to repair the artwork.
